With hopes to expand into a Kitchen serving my favorite Asian fusion dishes. I'm a local Chef in the Charleston area. I've been a professional chef for 8 years working in many kitchens in Columbia and Charleston SC. I grew up in California. I'm a part of the alternative scene and I'm a mom to a wonderful son on the spectrum. I myself being on the spectrum as well. This is a passion project of mine
being I was a sushi chef and worked mostly in other Asian Restaurants over the years and have a big love for Asian cuisine, snacks, and culture and is how I came up with Weebz Eatz. Hope to one day be Weebz Kitchen. I am sort of an activist when it comes to diversity and workplace rights when it comes to treating workers with respect and fair pay. My mission is to bring you tasty food and, in the future, create jobs that are fair pay for the market and accepting to all walks of life. At Weebz I want everyone to eat too and that's my mission statement. I never want to be rich. I just want to create.
