As we close our doors, our hearts are full of gratitude. Thank you to the media partners who helped us share our story and our “see you later” with the community we love.

After nearly five years of serving as a gathering place for good food, coffee, connection, and community, Milwaukee's Jazziest Coffeehouse, Sam’s Place Jazz Café, has made the difficult decision to close its doors on Fri., Feb. 20.

We thank our patrons, our dedicated staff, partners, the greater Milwaukee community and beyond, and Bader Philanthropies for your support over the years.

This place was never just about food and the best coffee around. It was about connection, culture, and community. We are endlessly thankful to everyone who walked through our doors, shared a meal, enjoyed the best coffee in town, celebrated milestones, and made memories here. Though the doors may close, the spirit of this place lives on through every story, every relationship, and every life it touched.

This transition means Pastor Sam can travel the world sharing the Gospel on the continent of Africa, gigging across the local region sharing the love of jazz, and finding peace on the water with a fishing line in hand. He will be playing jazz wherever the music calls him.

Stop by this week as we say, "See You Later, Not Goodbye."
