Hey everyone, huge news! A great opportunity has presented itself for HiCo BBQ Company to partner with 76 Bar and Kitchen to bring you one of the most ultimate barbecue experiences in the entire state. We’re going brick & mortar! We’re pairing excellent barbecue, sides, & desserts, meats, & whatever we can think of with one of the most exciting/popular spots in the entire RGV. Huge indoor seating & outdoor patio available. In this rapid growing barbecue scene selling the experience seems to be more than half the battle now. We believe this concept is very unique from anything that currently exists & plan to do a lot of amazing things. This allows us to get back to caterings & events while focusing on service as well! If there’s one word I can use to describe the barbecue scene in South Texas unfolding before our eyes is “Familia”. Each one of us is here for one another, no matter what. One wins we all win. With that being said, our Hours of Operation at the trailer will be changing! We will be operating Thursday & Friday for dinner at Skean Dhu 7-9 and Wednesday, Saturday & Sunday evenings at Stick Lizards Mcallen. During the day our pit master Chris will be assisting at Teddy's Barbecue in their day to day operations as they prepare to open their second location & while Mom gets better. We’re excited to be moving into this night shift of bbq & to be working alongside & learning with some of the most experienced people in Texas barbecue.
