We are thrilled to be part of the Evergreen State Fair for the first time this year! 🎉 Join us from August 22nd to 27th and August 29th to September 2nd in Monroe, WA, and indulge in our delicious Raclette Cheese Croissants and Potatoes with Melted Raclette Cheese. 🧀🥐🥔

This fantastic event celebrates our rich agricultural culture, traditions, and community. There’s something for everyone at the fair, so bring your family and friends for a fun-filled experience!

🇨🇭It is a Swiss national dish prepared from melted fatty cheese. There is a very rich history of the cheese itself and its preparation.
This is a classy premium bistro with different toppings, but the constant is a large portion of melted RACLETE cheese that rests like a pillow on the dish.
