I came into the coffee roastery yesterday ready to attack the roasting, however my roasting machine had other ideas. Thanks to my hubby for putting in a long day of problem shooting and overcoming the problem, I am able to roast today. It's gonna be a long night!!

✔️✔️COFFEE BEANS FROM SELECTED COUNTRIES

Arabica beans are oval, while Robusta beans are rounder. This is because Arabica plants are shorter, so they produce the oval-shaped beans. On the other hand, Robusta plants are taller, resulting in rounder beans.
