Friday, October 23. We’re back at Anderson Orchard!

Come enjoy the orchard, get some fresh air, and let us take care of the cooking.

Smoked meats, burgers, and whatever else I’ve decided to get myself into today.

We’re at Anderson Orchard today from 11 AM to 3PM, and we’ve got plenty cooking!

Smoked chicken, pork, and brisket. Half-pound sandwiches, Gumpadillas, Gumption Mac, and Gumption Fries.

We’re also rolling out the new 5/8 lb burgers, smashed or unsmashed. Five different styles, including the Sweet Heat Bacon and Queso Onion.

And we’ve got tallow wedged fries , queso wedged fries, queso mac, queso rice, and those Crispy Agave Sprouts.

We’re back on the Gumption Smashed menu today! The smoker can take a breather. The flat top has work to do.

We’ve got our 1/2 lb Gumption Smashed with melted white American, grilled onions, and burger sauce. The Bacon Lover’s Smashed piles on thick-cut bacon, and the Sweet Heat Bacon Smashed brings applewood bacon, pepper jack, grilled onions, and jalapeño jelly.

Want something a little different? The Smashed Burger Gumpadilla takes that smashed beef, cheese, onions, and burger sauce and presses it all inside a grilled tortilla.

And we’ve got Tallow Wedged Fries, Queso Wedged Fries, and Queso Mac to go with it.

Nothing complicated. Just good beef, plenty of cheese, bacon, and a hot flat top.

Project G6:2 is a new project within Love God, Love Neighbor, a community outreach of Gumptious Works Co.

It was created for serious, unexpected moments when a neighbor is carrying more than one household should have to carry alone.

Through Project G6:2, we’ll organize practical local responses through meals, provision, community support, and specific campaigns when they’re appropriate.
