Hello everyone! I wanted to share some important news with all of you. After much consideration, I have made the difficult decision to no longer accept new orders for Brie Bakes. As many of you know, I will be starting college in August, and I have decided to spend this summer enjoying my time with friends and family. I want to express my deepest gratitude for the incredible love and support you all have shown me throughout this journey. When I first started this business, I had so many doubts, but the unwavering encouragement of this community allowed my dream to exist! I want to assure those who have already booked orders that they will be fulfilled as promised. This decision is solely regarding future orders. Once again, thank you from the bottom of my heart for being a part of this amazing journey. Your support has meant the world to me! Pictures of some recent orders!😊🩷

Tomorrow starting @8 am I will have cupcakes at Cryptid Cafe! Flavors are s’mores and angel food cake! S’mores cupcakes are the perfect summer treat, a classic chocolate cupcake filled with milk chocolate ganache, topped with a milk chocolate buttercream covered in graham cracker crumbs and finished with a toasted marshmallow frosting! The angel food cupcakes are a lighter sweet treat, with a soft pillowy cupcake topped with a whipped cream frosting and fresh fruit!!! 🍫😊🍓

Flavors are Nutella Chocolate Cupcakes made with moist chocolate cupcakes, Nutella buttercream drizzled with more Nutella and topped with hazelnut chocolate pieces! & Caramel Apple Cupcakes made with a spiced apple cupcake with caramel buttercream and topped with caramel drizzle and a granny smith apple slice! 🍏🍫

We are looking to add someone to our team! We are specifically looking for someone for Sunday morning into the afternoon (but potentially have other hours available in addition to that if availablity works.) The right person will be reliable, interested in learning new things, self-motivated, and kind. We are happily pretty weird, so if you can’t handle weird people this is probably not the right environment for you. This is SUPER part time work for the time being, and would only be suitable for someone who is looking for •supplemental• income. High school students are encouraged to apply— (training as a barista is an excellent skill to take to any college town!) If you don’t like pumpkin I also will have a milk and cookies flavor! The flavors are Pumpkin Maple Pecan Cupcakes, a pumpkin spiced cupcake with a maple pecan buttercream topped with a drizzle of maple syrup and Milk & Cookies Cupcakes, a chocolate chip cookie flavored cupcake with a vanilla buttercream topped with mini chocolate chips and a cookie. 🍁😊🍪
