Today marks Bee Well Cafe’s 4-year anniversary, and my heart is so full of gratitude for every single one of you. 💛🐝🖤
From the very beginning, you’ve shown up with so much love — through your visits, kind words, social media support, gifts, cards, emails, online orders, and referrals. This cafe became what it is because of you. I truly couldn’t have done it without you.
With that said, I have some bittersweet news.
After a long search, I wasn’t able to find the right person to carry on Bee Well Cafe in the way it deserves. Rather than let someone change the heart and soul of what you’ve all grown to love, I’ve decided it’s time to close this chapter with intention and celebrate the beautiful era we created together.
Here’s what the future looks like:
• We will stop serving food in the cafe after September 1st, 2026
• I’m staying in the space and evolving my brand Bee Gluten-free 💛
• My product line (organic and locally sourced ingredient, gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free & celiac-safe waffles, pancakes, seasoning blends, breads, and more) will continue to grow
• You’ll soon find my products in many more grocery stores, coffee shops, cafes, and restaurants
• I’ll be doing regular pop-ups and farmers markets
• Online ordering + shipping will be available
• I’ll also be renting out the other half of the cafe space (message me or email [email protected]) if you or someone you know is interested)
As many of you know, I had my kids very young. Now that they’re older, I’m loving this new season of freedom, travel, and creativity. This transition gives me the flexibility to keep creating and serving you in fresh ways while also enjoying life more fully.
I’m genuinely excited for what’s next, and I hope you’ll come along on this journey with me. 🙏
For now, let’s make this final summer at Bee Well Cafe one full of beautiful memories. Thank you for being part of my story. I can’t wait to see what we build next. 🥰
