Since our inception, we have had the opportunity to work with countless community-driven organizations and groups like Muskegon Pride and the Muskegon Youth Basketball Association in order to give back to the neighborhood we love. Housed in the Watermark lofts, The Coffee Factory proudly represents and serves MadCap Coffee alongside a scrumptious menu of specialty drinks including handcrafted syrups. While we take pride in creating the finest hot and cold beverages, we also know that community is a key ingredient in everything we brew. Watermark and The Coffee Factory take pride in being a flourishing business in the heart of the Nims Neighborhood and welcome our surrounding community members to this local gathering place with open arms and savory coffee. It’s national cat day! Here’s a picture of all our cats. Most are from Heaven can wait and some are from Noah project. We keep pictures of our cats and kids on our refrigerator making it feel more like home around here.

Baking Halloween treats for orders and the shop. Tania vs Sarah: Tania is a natural baker and delivers her creations with grace and beauty and barely needs a recipe. Sarah is helping T with the orders and has remade the cupcakes twice and is covered in powdered sugar and black cocoa powder.

Tania channeled her inner fall vibes and created an incredibly delicious gluten-free friendly, spiced apple cake with caramel frosting available by the slice until it’s gone.

Is our shop haunted?

Mystic Chics Paranormal investigated and apparently the things that go bump around here are real. The spirits have claimed a favorite coffee shop. 10/10 of the afterlife recommend TCF and encourage you to come sit a spell, sip a Halloween potion, grab a treat, and see what’s lurking at The Coffee Factory.
