Hey Nashville, we’ve expanded our offerings and are gearing up to bring you bento EVERY WEEK! Yep, that’s right, we told you we had some big changes coming this year! Welcome our Beef Sukiyaki featuring thinly sliced ribeye from our friends and Chicken Karaage using chickens from a local legend . We are so excited to work with these incredible farms to bring you the best locally sourced products we can find for our bento. Building community is our goal and supporting local agriculture is a huge part of our mission. We’re off to Japan for a week, but when we return we’ll release our delivery dates so keep your eyes out for those announcements. Thank you for your continued support!

Building community is one of our goals and 2026 is all about that! Help us welcome to the bento community. The Den will be our first FREE pickup location and we’ll be testing some retail sales as we expand our bento operations. Give them a follow and keep an eye out for limited drops. We might even debut some bento exclusively through The Den….

This Unagi Shirayaki is for the purists. Simply sprayed with sake and seasoned with Japanese sea salt before being grilled over binchotan charcoal this is pure eel flavor! Our best selling Unagi Bento! These amazing eels come from the most sustainable eel fishery. Maine eels are among the best in the world and we are so happy to have them on our menu. They are available simply grills with sake and sea salt or glazed in a sauce made from the bones and heads of the eels, soy sauce, sake, mirin, sugar, and wild arima sansho for a tingly citrusy finish. We like to keep things local when there are products as good as ! Bucksnort is legendary in the Nashville area and we’re huge fans of their Rainbow Trout. For our Grilled Bucksnort Trout Bento we score the skin, marinate the flesh side in liquid shio koji, and grill the trout until the skin is crispy over binchotan. We place it atop our claypot koshihikari rice that’s topped with preserved yuzu peel and ikura to seamlessly merge our locale with the traditions and ingredients of Japan. Our Bara Chirashi is back for January 9th deliveries! This box is loaded with our seasoned koshihikari claypot rice and topped with a wide variety of unique Japanese fish, atsuyaki tamago, pickled local ginger, cucumber, and more. More bento more often is one of our 2026 goals. Our next bento delivery is January 9th and orders are live! We might even have a Japanese film crew in tow for this one so make sure you’re camera ready!
