This was a while back, but let’s talk about it! This was our largest seafood gumbo order ever, made for a high school track meet. It was a lot of work, but it was such an awesome experience. The best part was hearing how much everyone enjoyed it, and we were even lucky enough to get some callbacks about future gumbo orders. Moments like these remind us why we love what we do. ❤️🍲
