Fait tout translates to “does everything”…and this piece lives up to its name. Constructed of thick gauge copper, this substantial pan (almost eight pounds!) was made by the famous Dehillerin in the early 1900s. It’s hybrid shape makes it versatile enough to make a sauce, boil pasta, sauté vegetables, or make a stew.

Two weeks, nine antique fairs, a dozen out-of-the-way brocantes, and 2200 miles logged on our tiny rental car…time to head to Paris for the flight home. We’re shopped out, but there are plenty of amazing finds for our fall shipment.

I’ll be sharing more travel photos in the coming weeks, but for now it’s time to shift gears in preparation for the !
