For all those out there that want something hotter than my average this one takes the cake! Coming off with some phenomenal flavor building heat in the background. This one's the HOTTEST yet and damn tasty! Works well with Beef, tacos, pork, and Thai food, it's a good universal sauce to keep in the arsenal! These contain pure capsaicin so these are 15 ea or 160 per case.

Another 80 bottle run, this one is the last of my fermented pods we've sold over 200lbs of fermented peppers this season. Get some while you can! This is one of the hottest we offer not for those that can't handle spice! Comes on a lightly sweet but definitely brings the heat with notes of garlic and onion pairing well with a variety of dishes!!! $10ea. Grab some for yourself, loved ones, tis the season ;-)

Well one could say I had a productive weekend, these are graduating in heat from left to right although they all pack a punch! Starting with, BEHERIT'S UNBORN, APOCALYPTIC CHAOS and back by popular demand SCORPION'S STING REAPER'S REVENGE! These are fermented craft batches that will be available for a short time!

BEHERIT'S UNBORN, starts with a light sweetness that kicks in a some slightly delayed heat with notes of garlic and onion and a definite pepper sauce taste!

APOCALYPTIC CHAOS, comes in with a almost instant heat that lingers a bit with I slightly smokey sweetness wreaking havoc on your taste buds, leaving you yearning for more!

SCORPION'S STING REAPERS REVENGE, (SOLD OUT FAST) Kicks off sweet just enough to fool you, but also making you want more. By the time you are in too deep the reaper takes its revenge. It will give you a taste of the peppers without the bitterness pleasantly matched with flavor! (This is not for people that think Frank's red hot is spicy this is a entry level chillihead sauce.)
