Crispy Buttered Ranch Chicken
Ingredients:
2 large chicken breasts, cut into strips
1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
In a shallow bowl, mix together the panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
In another bowl, pour the melted butter.
Dip each chicken strip into the butter, ensuring it's well coated, then dredge it in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
Place the coated chicken strips on the prepared baking sheet, making sure they are not overcrowded.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
Let rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce!

Air Fryer Fried Chicken 😋😋

Ingredients:

Marinade:

½ whole chicken cut into separate pieces (breast, thigh, wing, and leg)

½ cup hot sauce

½ cup buttermilk

Seasoning:

¾ cup All-Purpose Flour

2 teaspoon seasoning salt

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

½ teaspoon cayenne pepper

Oil for spraying Canola or Vegetable

Instructions:

Place chicken pieces in buttermilk and hot sauce. Place in refrigerator and allow to marinate anytime from 1-24 hours.

Whisk together all-purpose flour, seasoning salt, garlic powder, onion powder, italian seasoning, and cayenne pepper in a bowl. Set aside.

Place a parchment liner in the Air Fryer basket.

Remove a piece of chicken from the buttermilk mixture and place in the flour mixture, coating all sides of the chicken and shaking off any excess flour. Place the chicken pieces in the basket in a single layer.

Close the Air Fryer basket and set temperature to 390 degrees Fahrenheit and timer to 25 minutes. Start the Air Frye

Sausage, Egg and Cream Cheese Hashbrown Casserole

Ingredients:

- 1 lb breakfast sausage

- 1 (30 oz) package frozen hashbrowns

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened

- 6 eggs

- 1/2 cup milk

- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

2. In a skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned and crumbled. Drain excess grease.

3. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked sausage, hashbrowns, cream cheese, eggs, milk, cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

4. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish and spread evenly.

5. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the casserole is set and golden brown on top.

Muffins aux œufs pour le petit déjeuner facile.

Ingrédients :
• 6 œufs
• 1/4 tasse de lait
• Oignon en dés
• Poivre vert en dés
• Bacon ou jambon cuit (facultatif)
• Sel et poivre au goût

Préparation :
1. Préchauffer le four à 180°C (350°F).
2. Graisser une boîte de muffins et ajouter des oignons en dés, du poivre vert et du bacon à chaque tasse.
3. Dans un bol, fouettez les œufs, le lait, le sel et le poivre.
4. Versez le mélange d'œufs sur les légumes et le bacon.
5. Cuire pendant 20-25 minutes ou jusqu'à ce que ce soit réglé et doré dessus.
6. Laissez refroidir légèrement et profitez-en !

Grilled Cheeseburger Wraps 🍔🌯
Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
Salt and pepper, to taste
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 cup diced tomatoes
1/2 cup diced onions
Ketchup, mustard, and pickles, for serving (optional)
Directions:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and cooked through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Drain any excess grease from the skillet and set the cooked beef aside.
Place a flour tortilla on a clean work surface. Spoon some of the cooked ground beef onto the center of the tortilla.
Top the beef with shredded cheddar cheese, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and diced onions.
If desired, add a drizzle of ketchup and mustard and a few pickle slices on top of the filling.
Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it up tightly to form a wrap.
Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas and filling.
Heat a large skillet or grill pan over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down on the skillet or grill pan.
Cook the wraps for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
Remove the wraps from the skillet and let them cool slightly before slicing in half.

Classic Chicken Marsala 😍😋

Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

4 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

8 oz mushrooms, sliced

1/2 cup Marsala wine

1/2 cup chicken broth

1/4 cup heavy cream (optional)

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Place the chicken breasts between two sheets of plastic wrap and pound them to an even thickness, about 1/2 inch thick.

In a shallow dish, combine the flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Dredge the chicken breasts in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the unsalted butter. Once melted, add the sliced mushrooms and cook until they are browned and tender, about 5 minutes.

1 pain italien

1 ⁄2 tasse de beurre non salé ramolli

1 cuillère à café de sel d'ail

Joe Sloppy :

1 livre de boeuf haché

1 ⁄4 tasse d'oignon jaune haché

1 ⁄2 cuillère à café d'ail en poudre

1 cuillère à café de moutarde jaune

3 ⁄4 tasse de ketchup

1 ⁄2 cuillère à café de sel casher

1 ⁄4 cuillère à café de poivre noir

1 ⁄2 tasse d'eau

Topping :

1 tasse de fromage mozzarella, râpé

1 tasse de cheddar tranchant, déchiquetée

Persil haché pour garniture

Itinéraires :

Préchauffer le four à 350°F. Alignez une feuille de cuisson avec du papier parchemin.

Coupez le pain en deux moitiés longitudinalement. Placer les deux moitiés du pain sur la plaque de cuisson doublée, couper le côté vers le haut.

Dans un petit bol, combinez le beurre et le sel à l'ail. Étalez le mélange de beurre sur les côtés coupés du pain. Mettez de côté pendant que vous faites le remplissage sloppy Joe.

4 hard-boiled eggs, halved
1 cup spinach leaves
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

In a large bowl, combine the avocado, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and spinach leaves.

3 tbsp butter 🧈

Zest and juice of 1 lemon 🍋
Salt and black pepper, to taste 🧂
Fresh parsley, for garnish 🌿
Instructions:
Prepare the Potatoes:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss baby potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread them on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes. 🥔
Add Broccoli:
After 20 minutes, add broccoli florets to the baking sheet with the potatoes. Roast for an additional 10 minutes until crispy and tender. 🥦

• 1 1/2 to 2 pounds round steak, cut into serving-size pieces
• 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

• 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 can (14 ounces) crushed tomatoes
• 1 cup beef broth
• 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1 teaspoon dried thyme
• 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).

SALISBURY STEAK RECIPE:😍😋
INGREDIENTS:
1 lb ground beef
2 cloves minced garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tbsp A-1 sauce
1 tbsp ketchup
1/2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1 egg
2 tbsp oil, for cooking
Gravy:
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
2 cups beef broth, I use Better than Bouillon
1 cup sliced onions
1 tsp browning liquid
1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 tsp pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Add beef, garlic, salt, pepper, a-1, ketchup, worcestershire sauce, breadcrumbs and egg to a large bowl and mix. Form 4 patties.
Over medium-high heat, add oil to pan and cook patties approximately 3 minutes on each side until browned. Remove from pan and put aside while you make the gravy.
Remove any grease from pan and reduce heat to medium-low. Add butter. Once melted, add onions and cook 4-5 miles.
Add flour to onions, stirring occasionally about 2 minutes. Increase heat to medium and slowly stir in broth, worcestershire sauce, browning liquid, salt and pepper. Scrape bottom of pan for any browned bits.
Once gravy begins to simmer, return patties to pan and allow to return to a simmer before turning to medium low. Cover and cook approximately 20 minutes, flipping once. Uncover and allow gravy to thicken for 5 minutes. Use a meat thermometer to ensure doneness. Enjoy!❤️

Garlic Butter Lamb Chops😍😋

You’ll Need :
5 lamb loin chops
kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons grass-fed butter — melted — use ghee if you’re doing whole30
3 cloves garlic — minced
1 teaspoon fresh thyme — chopped
Directions :
Remove loin chops from the fridge 20-30 minutes before cooking.
Place them on a paper towel-lined cutting board and pat them dry with paper towels. Season well with salt and pepper.

Heat a dry 12-inch cast-iron skillet* over medium-high heat. In the skillet, place the chop's narrow fat side down. You probably will need to use tongs to keep them balanced and to press the chops down so that the fat renders and turns crisp and brown. It’s about 5 minutes.
Once the fat has melted into the pan, lay the chops flat on one of their sides. Cook for another 3 minutes, until browned, then turn and cook on the other side.
Turn the heat to medium-low. Using a spoon, pour off most of the lamb fat and then add 2 tablespoons off butter (or ghee), garlic and thyme.
Stir well until the butter is foaming, and spoon the butter over the lamb for a minute or so. Place lamb chops in a serving dish and pour butter sauce on top. Enjoy!
Recipe Notes
*You can use another type of skillet if you don’t have a cast-iron skillet, but it should be a large skillet otherwise the lamb chops won’t get crispy.
