Whether you are diabetic, on dialysis, or have food allergies, Culinary Cupid LLC has menu options for you. Before adding the special diet options to Culinary Cupid LLC’s conventional personal chef and catering services, Katrina spent years creating alternative meal choices – including desserts! – with special dietary needs in mind using spices, extracts, and other natural products. She has perfected her recipes and added these dishes to Culinary Cupid’s list of personal chef meal plans as well as options under Culinary Cupid LLC’s catering services. Her motto, “just because you are on a restricted diet doesn’t mean your food has to taste like it,” was the driving force for creating dishes such as pea-not! butter cups for people with peanut allergies, gluten-free lemon raspberry cookies, low carb southern fried chicken, sugar free pecan pie, and diary free alfredo sauce.

It's not the holidays like today that I miss you the most. It's the insignificant days like earlier this week when I would have made a random call to my sister to tell her about a pot roast sandwich recipe I was working on that turned out very well. Those are the days that I will miss you the most.

I was beyond excited when I received my shipment of . And then...
Anxiety. What am I going to do with it? So many possibilities. Cookies. Sauces. mmmmm butter poached lobster. Glorious butter basted steaks. But wait...did I buy this butter just to stunt and not because it’s the best butter I’ve ever tasted? Am I that big of a d*uche? I don’t think so. Maybe. Probably. But that’s for another post 🙂.

It's Friday, and keeping with the light-hearted sentiment of the day, I like to prepare dinner with a little whimsy and unconvention. I purchased these with the intent to braise the shanks in red wine, etc. etc. but I really didn't want to prepare that (it is Friday after all).

Say hello to Bulgogi Venison Shanks. They are soooo tender. And the housemade bulgogi sauce? Savory sweet perfection. Dinner is served!
