Air Fryer- Steak Bites with Garlic Butter
ingredients:
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 ½ lb sirloin steak cut into bite size pieces or strip loin, tenderloin, strip steak or rib eye
¼ tsp salt or to taste
¼ tsp pepper or to taste
2 tbsp salted butter
4 cloves garlic minced
1 tbsp parsley fresh chopped
Instructions:
In a medium sized bowl add the olive oil, steak, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine.
Preheat the Air Fryer to 400 degrees F. If your Air Fryer doesn’t have a preheat function, set it to 400 degrees F and set the timer to 4 minutes. Check doneness after 4 minutes. We like ours a little pink inside. If not done, cook in one minute intervals.
When the Air Fryer is preheated add the steak bites to the Air Fryer basket and cook for four minutes.
While the steak is cooking, place the skillet on the stovetop. Melt butter in a skillet. When butter is melted, add garlic to the skillet, cook for about 30 seconds while stirring, just until the garlic becomes aromatic and starts to brown. Remove from heat.
When steak is done add to garlic butter, toss to coat. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately

Marry Me Chicken and Ravioli
Ingredients:
For the Marry Me Chicken:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried thyme (or Italian seasoning)
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped (in oil, drained)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp fresh basil, chopped (optional)
For the Ravioli:
1 package (about 9 oz) refrigerated ravioli (cheese or spinach ravioli works great)
1 tbsp butter (optional)
Fresh parsley or Parmesan for garnish (optional)
Preparation:
Cook the Chicken:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and thyme.
Place the chicken in the skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F/74°C). Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
Make the Sauce:
In the same skillet, add the heavy cream, chicken broth, and chopped sun-dried tomatoes. Stir to combine, scraping up any browned bits from the pan.
Bring the sauce to a simmer and cook for 3-4 minutes, allowing it to thicken slightly.
Stir in the Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Return the Chicken to the Skillet:
Place the cooked chicken back into the skillet, spooning the sauce over the top. Let the chicken simmer in the sauce for another 5-7 minutes, allowing it to absorb the flavors. Optionally, garnish with fresh basil for extra flavor.
Cook the Ravioli:
While the chicken is simmering, cook the ravioli according to the package instructions in a large pot of salted boiling water. Usually, it takes about 4-5 minutes for ravioli to float to the surface and be done.
Drain the ravioli and set aside. If desired, toss them with a little butter to keep them from sticking.
Serve:
Serve the chicken breasts over the cooked ravioli, spooning extra sauce from the skillet over the top. Garnish with additional Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley if desired.
Enjoy! This Marry Me Chicken and Ravioli is a rich, indulgent dish that's both comforting and flavorful. The creamy, sun-dried tomato sauce perfectly complements the tender chicken, and the ravioli adds a deliciously satisfying element to the meal!

Baked Brie with Cranberry-Pomegranate Glaze & Walnut Crunch
Ingredients
For the Baked Brie
1 round brie cheese (8–10 oz)
1 teaspoon olive oil (optional, for baking dish)
For the Cranberry-Pomegranate Glaze
1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
½ cup pomegranate juice (100% juice, no added sugar)
⅓ cup honey or maple syrup
1 teaspoon orange zest
1 tablespoon fresh orange juice
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Pinch of salt
For the Walnut Crunch
½ cup walnuts, roughly chopped
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
½ teaspoon cinnamon
Pinch of flaky sea salt
For Serving
Warm crusty bread or baguette slices
Crackers
Apple slices or pear slices
Directions
1. Prepare the Cranberry-Pomegranate Glaze
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine cranberries, pomegranate juice, honey (or maple syrup), orange zest, orange juice, cinnamon, and salt.
Bring to a gentle simmer and cook for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cranberries burst and the mixture thickens into a glossy glaze.
Remove from heat and let cool slightly; it will thicken more as it rests.

In a small skillet over medium-low heat, add the chopped walnuts, honey (or maple syrup), cinnamon, and salt.
Toast gently for 3–4 minutes, stirring constantly, until the walnuts are fragrant and lightly caramelized.
Transfer immediately to parchment paper to cool and prevent sticking.
3. Bake the Brie
Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F.
Lightly oil a small oven-safe baking dish. Place the brie in the center and bake uncovered for 12–15 minutes, until soft and melty but still holding its shape.
4. Assemble
Carefully transfer the warm brie to a serving plate.
Spoon the cranberry-pomegranate glaze generously over the top.
Finish with a generous sprinkle of the walnut crunch.
5. Serve
Serve immediately with warm bread, crackers, and fresh fruit for dipping.
