Garrettsville Farmers Market will be closed this Thurday due to extreme heat. I will still have tons of microgreens ready so if anyone wants to order they can order on my website www.creationsbackyard.com or by calling me at 330-282-7208.
I will still be at the Warren Farmers Market Friday, but depending on how much the heat beats up the greens, I may be leaving early. Will just have to see how they react to the heat. I don't recall having a market in over 100 heat index, so hopefully they will be ok!
Also there is no Howland Farmers Market this Saturday due to it being the 4th of July, so anyone that normally comes to that market you can order on my website www.creationsbackyard.com or calling 330-282-7208.

The Garrettsville Farmers Market will be CLOSED this Thursday, July 2 due to 🚨 Extreme Heat! 🚨
The temperature is forecasted to be 105° this Thursday. We’ve made the difficult, but necessary decision to cancel this week's market.
While we have always prided ourselves on not being a “fair weather market”, the safety and well-being of our community, volunteers, vendors, along with their products, always come first.
Why we are closing?
•Vendor & Community Safety: Standing under tents in triple-digit heat indexes isn't just uncomfortable—it's dangerous for our farmers, artisans, and shoppers.
•Product Integrity: High heat can spoil delicate produce, melt handmade goods, and compromise the quality of the fresh items our vendors work so hard to bring to you
Please supporting our vendors! Since our local farmers and vendors will be missing out on this week's market income, we highly encourage you to check out their pages, schedule a product order to pick up (if they are taking them) or plan a bigger haul for next week!
We will miss you this Thursday, but we look forward to seeing everyone next week when the weather cools down.
