We need to share some tough news.
After fighting through some kitchen equipment hiccups last week, we’ve run into a major roadblock with our refrigeration system this week. Because we refuse to compromise on the quality and safety of what we serve you, we’ve made the difficult decision to pause operations and remain closed this week to get these technical issues permanently sorted out.
As a small business just starting to find our footing in a new space, consistency is everything to us. We are incredibly bummed to miss seeing you at the counter, and we want to apologize to anyone who was planning to make us a part of their week.
We’re taking this week to roll up our sleeves, get the kitchen running perfectly, and ensure that when our doors open next week, we can give you the reliable, exceptional experience you deserve.
