I was honored to have the opportunity to sit down with NPR’s Gilda Geist to discuss the interesting changes that have occurred this last year in Cape Cod ice cream. These changes prompted me to update my field guide to provide the reader the most up-to-date intel. The interview aired today, in honor of the great American pastime of eating ice cream on America’s big day, which happens to coincide with National Ice Cream month!
