We want to sincerely thank everyone who came out and supported our wing special. The response was incredible, and we are truly grateful for the loyalty and enthusiasm of our customers.

To our loyal guests who joined us for the special, thank you for your continued support. To those who showed patience and flexibility when we ran out of wings, thank you for improvising and trying other menu items while we worked to solve the issue. Your understanding meant a great deal to us.

We apologize to anyone who was disappointed when we sold out of wings. The demand exceeded our expectations, and we immediately went to the store to replenish our supply so we could continue serving our guests and keep our word. While we're proud of the overwhelming turnout, we recognize that running out was frustrating for some customers. This was most definitely NOT a scam - but an underestimation.

We would also like to recognize and thank our staff, who worked incredibly hard throughout the rush. Their dedication, teamwork, and commitment to serving our guests and keeping them happy did not go unnoticed.

One thing we believe strongly is that it doesn't cost anything to be kind! We appreciate everyone who treated our team and fellow guests with patience and respect during a very overwhelming shift.

Most importantly, we have learned from this experience. We are reviewing what happened, improving our planning, and making adjustments so we can be better prepared next time. We are committed to providing the best experience possible and look forward to serving you again soon.

Sadly our repairs were not able to be done yet. Our kitchen will be closed today. We will open at 4:00pm for ice cream and bar service only so that you all can still enjoy Retro Phonics!!
