💕 A Little Life Update from Sweets by Freckles! 💕

First, I want to apologize for being a little MIA lately and taking a bit longer than usual to respond to messages. Life has been a little hectic over here!

Since we got back from our trip, I’ve been playing nurse to my sweet Mikey, who unfortunately caught a pretty nasty virus. When he wasn’t getting much better, we headed back to the doctor, only to find out he has an upper respiratory infection, a double ear infection, AND pink eye in both eyes! 😩💔 Needless to say, my mama duties have been keeping me extra busy, and my little guy needs some extra TLC right now. ❤️

Thank you so much for your patience, understanding, and grace while I take care of my family. I truly appreciate every single one of you and your support of my little bakery! 🥹💕

I also wanted to give everyone a heads-up that I’ll be heading off on a besties trip to Kauai! 🌺🌴☀️ I’ll be soaking up some sunshine, making memories, and enjoying a little time away from the kitchen from October 24th through November 1st.

During this time, I’ll be unavailable and will not be responding to messages or handling bakery inquiries. I’ll get back to everyone as soon as I’m back and settled in!

Hello friends!

Sweets by Freckles will be taking a little family vacation from October 4th–11th while we make some sweet memories together.

During this time, I will have limited access to messages and will not be accepting orders. Any messages, inquiries, or quote requests received while I’m away will be responded to as soon as possible when I return.

I will be back in the kitchen and responding to messages beginning October 12th.

This Coraline-inspired cake was such a fun design to bring to life! Featuring a Coraline edible image centerpiece surrounded by layers of buttercream ruffles, bows, buttons, stars, dragonflies, and shimmering details, it was the perfect mix of whimsical details and a touch of magic.

One of my favorite things about custom cakes is that no two are ever exactly the same. Every design is unique, and I love helping turn a customer’s vision into something sweet and memorable.
