Happy Thursday coffee lovers. I just received this coffee journal from and highly recommend it! The blank lined pages are great for writing down your favorite coffee recipes to try at home, notes about different coffees you've tried, or just about anything you want.

I plan to use it for recipes myself. From the look of their Amazon page, they have a variety of these books/journals that fit different needs, so if you're interested please check them out.👍

I have a new iced caramel macchiato reel dropping in the next day or so. I got the caramel sauce from the Amazon page of .coffee.corner and I must say it is by far the best caramel sauce I've ever used–it's pure caramel! Check out her page if you're interested in using for your recipes. Meantime here's the recipe:

-Medium-Dark or Dark Roast Coffee ☕
-Ice 🧊
-Milk or Milk Substitute 🥛
-Caramel or Vanilla Syrup
-Caramel Sauce
-Whipped Cream (optional)

In a glass, place ice, an ounce of syrup, and fill with 2/3 milk. Pour your brewed or espresso coffee over top. Finish by drizzling with caramel sauce. In the video I will use whipped cream. Enjoy!

ICED PEPPERMINT MOCHA w/CHERRY ON TOP

You absolutely must try this drink this season! The cold brew process really brings out the flavor and nuances of our Candy Cane flavored coffee. Here's how you can enjoy:

Ingredients:
-Candy Cane Flavored Coffee 🍬
-Chocolate Sauce 🍫
-Whipped Cream
-Cherry (optional)🍒
-Vanilla Syrup
-Milk 🥛
-Ice 🧊

After cold brewing the Candy Cane coffee for 24 hrs, combine all the ingredients in a glass over ice, top with whipped cream, chocolate, and top with chocolate drizzle and a cherry. Add more or less vanilla syrup to your taste and enjoy!

Listen, I love my fully-caffeinated coffee too ☕. However, here at Apricitas Coffee we feel no one should have to forgo great coffee just because their love for this amazing beverage is unrequited! That is why we offer our Decaf Peru 🇵🇪 in k-cup style coffee pods.

Even better than that, though, our decaf coffee uses the chemical-free Swiss Water® Process💧 to achieve this goal. Through the Swiss Water® Process, 99.9% of the caffeine is removed while leaving the coffee's unique characteristics intact and no chemical residue.
