She decided to become a Health Coach after a personal transformation that she undertook, not only to improve her health but more importantly to improve her mental health by means of sincere spiritual work and practices. Making way for her to make food and diet choices easier and a more natural part of her life. She has had a passion for and been a student of science, health and nutrition since she
was a child. Growing up watching her father succumb to Multiple Sclerosis opened her heart and directed her to deeply study the cause of “dis”-ease and how the human spirit endures and overcomes life’s many challenges. Through her own personal obstacles, triumphs, and even losses she is ever passionate to assisting men and women overcome the challenges that life has prepared for them to conquer. She has nearly 15 years of professional and educational experience. She received a Bachelors of Science in Biology from Langston University, Langston, OK, and subsequently earned a Masters of Public Health from University of North Texas Health Science Center, Fort Worth, TX. She has worked as a consultant/trusted advisor and trainer in health and safety for more than 6 years. Her training as a Health Coach was obtained at Integrative Nutrition in New York; certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. Eboni leads workshops on sexual health, nutrition, body image and spirituality offering individual and group coaching to men, women and couples. Working with clients to help them create happy, healthy lives in a way that is flexible, fun and free of denial and discipline.
