Everything is made in small batches with authentic Italian ingredients—because great pasta starts with great flour.

Life has been a little crazy lately… but in the best way!

Today I unloaded 20 bags of 100% Italian semolina (25 kg each) ALONE 🤪💪that just arrived from Italy. If you know me, you know how excited I am! I can’t wait to turn this beautiful flour into authentic Italian pasta for all of you.

At the same time, we’re moving into our new production space in the middle of the busiest season of the year, and counting down the days until our family trip to Italy. We’ll spend time with our family, but I’ll also be taking more pasta training so I can bring back new ideas and techniques to Italian Food Emporium.

Before we leave, we’d love to see you one more time!

I’m experimenting with different types of flours to add some new pasta varieties this coming fall. Healthy, simple, and delicious lunch by the lake! ☀️🍝
