i've been making this bread for six years and eating it like a basic sandwich loaf the whole time. last week i finally made the rye do what rye is actually for. something clicked that six years of making it never taught me.

the GF tax is real. the $, the menu checking, the calling ahead, the explaining yourself. Bella Bread doesn't fix all of it - but it fixes the part where the bread is actually worth it. link in bio 🤎
