Working on a project for a later event. Definitely in experiment stage.
Perfectly cooked Pork Tenderloin, Spanish Style Rice, a Relish made with Apples, Jalapeño, Orange Bell Peppers, Shallots, Garlic, a Pan Sauce, Blistered Tomatoes, and Fresh Garden Herbs.

The other day I had craving for chicken wings. But I wanted something different. What I made were the best wings I have ever ate.

Separated the full wings into sections and smoked them. Pan seared and fried in with Avocado oil. Drained the left over oil. Created a Pan Sauce from the Fond with Bourbon and Homemade Chicken Stock. Cut a fresh Green Onion and a Fresh Jalapeño from the Garden that added freshness, heat, crunch.
Not often that I drool over food ( mine or anyone else's) but, today was one of those days. The flavor of these wings, so incredibly delicious, I would like my own phone picture

World Food Championships turn in 2021. The Famous Bacon Carrot Cake. Everyone that tasted it said it was amazing. Unfortunately the Judges didn't like as well.
