I spy some Crunchery favorites in this lineup!

We just processed 18 pounds of apples!

They get cleaned, cored and sliced (peels left on). Some get left plain and others get sprinkled with cinnamon or apple pie spice, then into the freeze dryer they go!

After coring and sprinkling with spices, it came out to 15.5 pounds that went in!

What do you think the final dry weight will be once they’re fully freeze-dried?!?
