🍍Our pineapple disappears FAST 🍍

We’ve experimented with a few ways of making it, and this method has been our favorite by far.

Puréeing it and pouring it into molds gives it that light, crunchy texture that basically melts in your mouth.

Now into the freezer they go before heading to the freeze dryer… and then back to the shelves!

Say hello to one of our newest Farm Hippie vendors, The Crunchery! They officially joined us on 5/1, but they’re longtime Farm Hippie shoppers themselves — which honestly makes this feel even more special. We always love seeing customers become part of the vendor family after falling in love with the community and products here over the years. 💛

The Crunchery is a small freeze-dried snack business focused on making fruits and veggies fun, crunchy, and easy to grab for snacking. From crisp okra bites and carrot crisps to freeze-dried pineapple and wild blueberries, their shelves are quickly becoming one of those “just one more bag…” stops while shopping. 👀

And apparently their newest obsession? Flavored freeze-dried corn — which they warned us is very hard to stop eating once you start. Honestly… we believe them.

If you’ve been looking for lightweight, crunchy snacks with simple ingredients and lots of flavor, this is definitely a vendor worth checking out during your next visit.
