This week’s all new Sidekick Special is Fried Mac & Cheese Bites!! Italian herb panko crusted, fried golden brown and served with our spicy sicilian tomato sauce - NOW it can’t get any better than this!! We know, it sounds too gouda to be true, but cheesing is believing and you should run, not walk, to get this spin on our fan favorite dish. Available through Sunday or until we sell out!

The beans are back in town! Yes, these lovely local legumes are one of our best selling sidekicks year after and why wouldn’t they be? These sassy string beans are summer at its finest. Tempura battered and dressed up with our spicy asian bbq, sweet white sesame miso sauce and sprinkled with togarashi seasoning (Japanese 7 spice). (Gluten free & Vegan). Summer brings the heat, which is why it is super important to stay hydrated. Potassium is critical in helping our body do this and did you know that zucchini, one of our favorite summer veggies, has more potassium than a banana? So this week it’s our goal to help you stay hydrated and healthy via our weekly special: Zucchini Parmesan.

Panko breaded and house seasoned, fried and topped with parmesan and parsley, then served with marinara. (Yes, we know. Yes, it’s fried. But… we figured fried zucchini is better than no zucchini!) So come to Mode’s hydration station this week and beat the heat! (Don’t forget there’s water in beer too!)

This week we’re rolling out Sidekick we’ve never done before: Chicken Lettuce Wraps: A savory blend of chicken, onions, carrots, mushrooms, garlic, water chestnuts, and all those amazing Asian flavors, served with crispy wonton strips and little gem lettuce cups for wrapping. Cool, crunchy, fresh, and just a little too good for something this healthy.

It’s with a heavy heart that I tell you that my cancer is back as the stem cell transplant didn’t hold. So I’m back in the hospital letting my incredible medical team do what they do and on to plan C. The blood drive is still on!!! Please come donate if you can! However the party portion is being postponed to a day when I can be there too!! So in the meantime a blood drive and prayer party seem a fitting celebration of my birthday this year.

Are you ready for this? You might want to sit down.

Father’s Day is this weekend, and we’re celebrating all week long with the return of a Mode legend: The Dadwich.

This tri-tip sandwich doesn’t come around often, but when it does, it steaks its claim as the manliest manwich in town. Smoked tri-tip, bleu cheese aioli, house-made steak sauce, crispy onions, and arugula. It practically wears white sneakers and offers unsolicited grilling advice.

And that’s not the only thing making a comeback. Summer has officially arrived at Mode.
Fresh tomatoes, pineapple, squash, zucchini, basil, and all the bright flavors of the season are popping up throughout our new Summer Menu. Whether you’re craving pizza, pasta, salads, or something plant-based, we’ve got plenty of seasonal favorites, including Vegan and Gluten-Free options.

So come celebrate Dad, celebrate Summer, or just celebrate not having to cook.
