It’s been a few months since we lost Patrick, and the place still doesn’t feel the same. No more random walk-ins like he owned the joint. No more “let me try 3 ribs real quick” you know, just making sure we were doing our job right. 😂

Almost 12 years working together.
Always smiling. Always talking. Always on the phone. And somehow telling the longest stories ever told by a human.
