✨ Growing With the Guide ✨ Gyukatsu Rose has been selected in the MICHELIN Guide 2026! 🌹🥩
When the MICHELIN inspectors first recognized us in 2025, we focused on one thing with absolute devotion: our signature Gyukatsu Wagyu Cutlet. That perfectly marbled, crispy-on-the-outside, tender-on-the-inside Wagyu was the star that put us on the map.
Over the past year, we’ve expanded our craft, and we are so proud that the inspectors recognize this growth. Today, our menu features incredible new additions like our refreshing Maguro (tuna) katsu, comforting Curry Katsu, and our traditional Japanese Breakfast sets.
