We’re looking for college students who want a consistent, weekday position during the school year at The Magnolia Coffee Co.’s Copper Top on Campus
✨ Daytime shifts only
✨ No nights or weekends required
✨ Great fit for class schedules and on-campus routines

We’re hiring early so we can train ahead of the school year and get you comfortable before things get busy! You will have a very limited amount of hours this year to train, but moving into next year, you’ll be loaded up around your schedule.

What we’re looking for:
• Reliable and consistent availability during weekdays
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Must be able to lift 50lbs
• Someone who plans to be in the area for the full school year or longer

This is a great opportunity if you’re looking for a steady, low-conflict schedule that works alongside your classes.
