This little corner of the food truck comes to life at 5:00 AM every weekend so we can have fresh, made-from-scratch biscuits ready for our 8:00 AM opening.

While most of Pahrump is still sleeping, there's flour flying, dough being rolled, and biscuits baking inside the Mule. 😅

The biscuits don't make themselves... and apparently neither does the flour on my face! 😂

Thank you for supporting our small business and making those early mornings worth it. ❤️
