So I Decided to go with a blend today
70% Veracruz 30% Colombia and it is heavenly.
Sugarcane Sweet , little nutty hint of pistachio with that soothing Chocolate finish from the Veracruz

Single origin is the go to for me but this is opening my mind up a bit.

Twice now A request for Ethiopian beans has been made and this week I will begin the hunt. I am a huge fan of Ethiopia’s coffee they have some excellent soil it produces a very unique drink. Fruit, floral , earth tones are usually pronounced loudly
