With a degree in Food and Beverage Management and a secondary focus in Baking, my passion for creating sweet treats runs deep. I’ve been baking since childhood, learning side by side with my great-grandmothers—one Italian, one Polish—along with my grandmother a

nd mother. These rich cultural traditions and diverse baking styles have shaped my unique approach and give me a competitive edge in the kitchen.
