Coffee, Connection & Community ☕️💜

On Saturday, June 6, Lake & Lantern Café joined the Splash Summer Bash hosted by Spirit of Palmer Lake Activities Socials & Happenings for our first community pop-up event in partnership with HardBeauty Foundation.

Together, we shared something both organizations are passionate about—creating opportunities for connection, belonging, and community without alcohol.

Sarah and Chris served iced coffee and fresh cinnamon rolls while visiting with community members and sharing the missions behind both Lake & Lantern Café and HardBeauty Foundation. It was wonderful to be surrounded by neighbors, families, and friends enjoying a beautiful day in Palmer Lake.

We're grateful to SPLASH for creating opportunities that bring our community together and for allowing us to be part of such a fun event. We look forward to future pop-ups and continuing to create spaces where connection, recovery, and community can thrive.

Some people pick up coffee with a delivery van.

Our owner, Chris, straps 16 bags of freshly roasted coffee to his Harley and brings it home himself.

Why? Because we're committed to bringing the Tri-Lakes region the best coffee, and because every bag tells a story that matters.

Our coffee comes from Wagon Coffee Roasters, a company whose mission includes creating opportunities and support for women in recovery. As many of you know, both Lake & Lantern owners, Chris and Racquel, are in recovery themselves, making this partnership especially meaningful.

So when you enjoy your morning cup at Lake & Lantern, you're getting more than great coffee. You're supporting businesses that believe in second chances, recovery, hard work, and community.

From Denver to Palmer Lake—sometimes by Harley—we go the extra mile for your coffee.
