Hello all!! So I have some bitter sweet news at this time.... after three great years, I am shutting down the trailer and am selling it in order to use it as the stepping stone that it was intended to be. As most know, I am working hard to get into a building, and in order to do that, I need to sell the trailer. So help spread the word that it's for sale!!! The faster it sells, the faster I can move forward and be serving great food to you awesome folks!!
Currently, I have three options for a location. One in Nunda, one in Perry, and one in Livonia. Perry is the preferred location by far, but there may be options depending on timelines for when people, places, and money all line up.
I appreciate EVERYONE who has helped and supported me, helped spread the word, and sent jobs my way. I wouldn't have gotten this far without any of you, so THANK YOU!!
I'm looking forward to what's going to happen next and seeing everyone out there again!
I am already planning a downsized mobile food unit as it is good for catering, these small local events, and the lunch setups I have done in the area! I would like to still be able to do those and see everyone who has helped support me and my business!
To clarify, I am not selling my business, I am selling my equipment. I am just moving forward with my business plans to grow.
P.S. for anyone wanting my food before i get a location, I am currently running the kitchen at Rising Storm Brewery in Livonia! The current menu was written by me, so it has some of my favorites from the trailer... (Brussels sprouts, French Onion Pot roast melt...😉😋) so come check out their craft beer and grab a bite to eat!
