When we opened Batch, we believed it was the right next step for our lives, and we still believe it was at the time.

Recovering from Ramen night, taking a little nap as this boat heads south through Thailand.

This week I’m offering two large batch meals.

This weekend we'll be serving a special Summer Shoyu Ramen featuring a slow-simmered chicken and pork broth, pork belly, jammy egg, sweet corn, scallions, and nori.

Each ticket also includes our house-made Honey Ginger Green Tea.
