My new tea blend is out! This Lavender based tea Is a must have if you find yourself being often anxious or worry too much over things.. ☕️ when cortisol accumulates in our body it affects us in a way that we get “used to” being nervous and that is a big no no!
Pay attention to your breath, cut the sugar exercise at least 30 min whether if it’s just 🕺🏻 dancing or biking 🚴‍♀️ doesn’t matter, and of course grab this Lavender blend before bed with a good book to give your body and mind the love it deserves ❤️.
