Y’all are STILL guessing on my last cheesesteak post 😂 but I think it’s time we have this conversation…

How do we really feel about seeded rolls? 👀🥖

A fresh seeded roll can be great, but when it’s overly toasted, that roasted sesame flavor becomes so pronounced it starts competing with the steak itself. And personally, that’s starting to turn me off.

Are seeded rolls overrated, or am I tripping? 😂

That Ratatouille made me want to go watch the movie again 😂

But nah these are a few of the many dishes I’ve made for my clients. Private jet catering has been an exciting part of my culinary journey. Every order challenges me to get better, try new things, and continue growing as a chef.

One thing I love is that no two orders are ever the same. It keeps me creative and constantly learning. I’m grateful for the opportunities I’ve had so far and even more excited about where I’m taking Chef D’s Cuisine next! ✈️👨🏾‍🍳

Istopped by Marz Kitchen to try a few of their menu items. This is my new go to spot for soul food. Perfectly fried fish with mac and yams. Shoutout to Squizzy and his mom in the kitchen doing great work. Definitely worth checking out.
