Due to the forecast for severe weather this afternoon, Rooted Spud will be serving in Syracuse at The Polka Dot Tail from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. today (or until sold out). We'd rather get everyone fed safely than risk getting caught in the storms. Come hungry, stay rooted!

We're set up and serving at Pierceton Days Food Truck Friday right here in our hometown of Pierceton, Indiana! 🥔🎉

Come spend the evening with us! Grab a giant loaded baked potato from Rooted Spud, then check out all the amazing local food trucks. Treat yourself to a dirty soda, ice cream, a cheeseburger and fries, and stick around to enjoy live music from The Strays.

This is exactly what community is all about.

As you're out enjoying the Kosciusko County Fair this weekend, don't forget to show some love to all your local food trucks and hometown vendors. These are the small businesses that sponsor local events, support our schools and nonprofits, and serve our communities long after the fair is over.

Every meal you buy from a local vendor is an investment in the people who live and work right here in our community.

Four seasons. Two trailers. Countless events. And tomorrow, we're finally checking something special off our list.

For the very first time, Rooted Spud will be serving right here in our hometown of Pierceton, Indiana during Food Truck Friday at Pierceton Days!

It's hard to believe we've spent the last four seasons serving communities across Indiana and Ohio before finally getting the opportunity to set up in the town we proudly call home. Tomorrow truly feels like a full-circle moment, and we're incredibly grateful to be a part of it.

We'll be there for Food Truck Friday, so come hungry, say hello, and help us celebrate this hometown milestone. We can't wait to serve our neighbors!
