One final time this season.

I know I've been beyond terrible at updates for this season, but I'll give a quick season synopsis over the next few days. For now, I'll say this: myself and my full time RKR teammates (Jeff Klynsma and Tom Bourne) all had a legit shot at making the final 4 going in to last weeks race, but sadly none of us made it. It was a helluva run, just didn't have the cards fall right as needed.

Be sure to tune in tonight on Flatout Racing Network for the penultimate race for the Esports Oval League 2025 season and see who ends up taking home the championship trophy. This will also likely be my last race on facebook streaming, as I believe I will be moving to Twitch moving forward.

The smokers have been cool lately, but the action on the virtual race tracks has been hot for Christian Roos and his iRacing league this season. Tonight marks the first of TWO Iowa Speedway visits this year for the Esports Oval League Grind Cup Series, both of which are sponsored by none other than us here at The Smoke Pit. Not only will the Rooster be piloting his self-sponsored #14 TSP car, but we have also jumped onboard the #77 machine driven by former teammate and good buddy, Patrick McQuade!

It happens every year but wow does this time of year get BUSY! Apologies for being quiet here but we have been spending quality time with friends and family. That being said, we here at The Smoke Pit want to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! We ask you take some time to reflect and cherish the memories made this year, and what this season represents for so many. We look forward to serving you next year!

How about this?! Tate is a good buddy of Roos’ from his iRacing leagues and is also a current US Marine making his first ARCA start in our own backyard! We were hoping to be on the car as a sponsor for his first start, but unfortunately that wasn’t able to pan out this time. Who knows, maybe we’ll be on the side of that car in the future? 👀 So happy to see it come together for him though! Give him a like, share, or follow on his socials to give him some love!

Alright, let’s try this again… Same team, same scheme, same goal. I will be making my ARCA RACING SERIES debut with Fast Track Racing Enterprises, Inc. on June 14th at Iowa Speedway! May not be Memorial Day weekend, but I’ll still be carrying the names honoring both PFC Zachary Riffle, and LCpl Jonathan Gierke on the car!

Beyond excited, and motivated to make the most of this opportunity to showcase my determination of making it in this sport.
