Update for the last week of school, 5/4 - 5/7.

Coffi will unfortunately be closed Tuesday 5/5 because we have a funeral. We apologize for any inconvenience, especially since this will be the last week we are open till Fall semester. We will be open our regular hours Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Thank you for you understanding.

Sorry about yesterday Coffi beans, but we are back to our regular schedule for the rest of the week and next week, which will be our last week of the semester!

Please stop in and get your Coffi before we close for the summer!

Our last day will be Thursday, May 7th.

We won't be back open till late August, so be sure to come in and see us off as we finish up another amazing season!☕️❤️

Good morning sweet beans!

We are hoping this is the tail end of the cold season, so our last special of winter semester is something light and refreshing.

We have a lovely mediterranean bowl that can be made vegan/vegitarian, or you can have it topped with shredded chicken for extra protein! Our pearl couscous is mixed with fresh cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and green onion. We have it lightly spiced with mediterranean seasoning, olive oil, salt, and pepper, topped with feta and a house-made tzatziki sauce!

Sticking with the mediterranean theme, our drink of the month is a Baklava latte!

Come in and have some Coffi before we break for the summer! Our last day of school will be May 8th!

Happy last day of March sweet beans!

This is the last week for our March special! We decided to do an extra week since we had spring break.

Our April special will have mediterranean vibes, with a refreshing, spring feel! The April special will be our last special of the season! We cannot believe how fast this school year has gone by. We have the rest of April and a week in May before summer break, so make sure you get your Coffi fix before we break till August!

Happy St Patty's Day, my green beans!

We are back from Spring Break and are in the home stretch for the winter semester. We are open our regular hours, Monday-Thursday(9a-3p), until the end of the semester which is May 7th!

We still have our March special, featuring our beloved colecannon and cottage pie, along with our sheppard's brew! Our cutest creation yet consists of almond and vanilla honey syrup, a scoop of cocoa, a shot of espresso, steamed milk, and a flock of mini marshmellows to top it off!

Coffi season is flying by! With only 8 weeks to go before we are off for summer break! Come get your fill and enjoy Coffi while you can. We hope to see you soon!

March Specials are here!

Saint patty's day themed specials are some of the most comforting and delicious meals of the year! We have our Colcannon back by popular demand! Colcannon is a rich, creamy, cabbage filled mash potato dish. We add lots of irish butter and white cheddar to make the ultimate mash that people have asked us to bring back all year!

We added a Cottage Pie to turn our Colcannon into a filling meal that will keep you going all day! We have made a lean ground beef medley, full of spices, carrots and peas, that is topped with our Colcannon!

Our drink of the month is called Sheppard's brew! It is a hot chocolate with espresso, flavored with almond and vanilla honey syrup, topped with a flock of mini marshmellows!

Coffi will be closed Thursday 3/5, so we can clean up shop and prep for STEMfest that Saturday. We have spring break from 3/9 - 3/13 and will be closed all next week, so be sure to keep up to date with our live calendar at our website, www.cofficafe.com!
