An intimate anniversary dinner in Oregon wine country inspired by the coastal flavors of Spain.

Blood orange palomas, charred octopus, spot prawns, romesco, saffron rice, grilled steak, and citrus tartlets served as the sun went down at Youngberg Hill.

Thoughtful food. Beautiful wine country views. A table designed for slowing down and celebrating well.

These intimate gatherings are my favorite kind of events to create.
