​At Coffee Should we believe coffee should be something special, and we’re thrilled to let you know that our smoked coffees are officially back in stock. ☕️
​If you’ve been waiting for these to return, we have both of our signature roasts ready for you:

​🔥 Colombian Campfire – A smooth, bold medium roast, cold-smoked over cherry wood with just a kiss of smoke.

🪵 Fireside Memories – Our dark-roasted Sumatra beans, gently smoked over applewood. It has that same great coffee flavor you love, with a cozy hint of smoke.

At Coffee Should, we believe coffee should be rooted in community.

Around here, coffee's not about chasing trends. It's about neighbors actually being neighbors 🤝. Every bag we roast is a chance to thank the folks who make Wood County feel like home🏡.

Coffee Should has never just been about roasting great coffee. It's about the conversations shared over coffee ☕, friendships that grow ❤️, and the sense of community that reminds us we're all in this together 🌟. The truth is, that's why so many small businesses exist. Most aren't built simply to chase wealth, but by people with a passion 💡, a dream ✨, or a skill🛠️ they want to share. Hello friends, come on out tonight from 5:00–8:00 PM and spend the evening with some of the best folks around! ❤️ There's just something special about Market Nights... friendly faces, delicious food trucks, refreshing drink trucks, local farmers, ranchers, makers, and neighbors all coming together to support one another.

That's the kind of community we love being a part of. 🤠

I'll be out on the porch with my fresh roasted organic coffee beans ☕ and I'll also be sharpening knives while you shop! 🔪

One of the things I love most about this market is that every purchase helps a local family keep doing what they love. 📣 Fresh drop at The Milk Barn at 2 Mac's Ranch today ready for your weekend shopping. If you haven't been to this store in Winnsboro I encourage you to check it out. It has so much to offer.

Tomorrow night from 5 to 8 pm is Market Night at Bob Wells Nursery at Sorelle Farms in Mineola. This is a great market with local vendors selling fresh, quality goods, food trucks and music. I'll be on the porch with my coffee and will be sharpening knives while you shop. Stop by and say hi, shop and stay to eat or just enjoy this small town community vibe.
