Raiders Weekend with JROTC is officially kicked off and picking up! Come on out to 6500 Block Fort Knox for your homemade pasta fix! We're here and serving!

10/20/2026

This week Papa Pasta will not be out and about in Elizabethtown, Radcliff, or Brandenburg.

But if you really want to hunt us down we will be at the 6500 Block on Fort Knox on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday for lunch and dinner - serving a limited menu. No Bolognese and no Carbonara this week. We are busy prepping a TON of Ravioli, Meatballs, and Marinara. Then tomorrow will be all about prepping more Marinara and Cannoli shells and fresh bread, then finding time to keep prepping if it gets super crazy.

It's a crazy week already, but we can't wait to serve the JROTC kids and their families when they get on base in a few days!

About 20 more minutes left at Optimist Park! Come on out for some delicious pasta, toasted ravioli, cannoli, and maritozzi buns! Lights out at 8, but we're rocking and rolling 'til then!

10-16-26

10/16/2026

Today is Vine Grove City Hall's Food Truck Fridays at Optimist Park. We are headed that way with a LIMITED SUPPLY of Maritozzi Buns in hand! The dough is started and they are made to be eaten super fresh and pillowy soft ☁️ filled with homemade cream, 😍 so these are here today and gone tomorrow! (Not enough hours in the day for daily Maritozzi. 😅)

So come on out to Optimist Park in Vine Grove tonight from 5-8pm to grab a plate of pasta and some delicious dessert! (Cannoli will still be on board ready to pipe too!!)
