Five years ago today, I took a leap and started my dream of opening my own restaurant. From day one, I made a promise to myself: to create something truly special built on fresh, from-scratch food made every morning. No shortcuts, no over-prepping, no freezers, and not even a microwave in our kitchen. Just real food, made with care, respect, and love—the same way we would make it for ourselves.
Today, I’m incredibly grateful. Grateful for the journey, the challenges, the growth, and most of all, the people. To our amazing managers, kitchen staff, bowl builders, and every single person who has been part of this journey! thank you for helping Pita Bowl become what it is today.
And to our community, your support and belief in us has meant everything. We wouldn’t be here without you.
