Well, it happened again… y’all sold us out! 🤠

Tomorrow we’ll be CLOSED for breakfast, but we’ll be OPEN for lunch and dinner!

Please be aware that our sides will be very limited while we restock, but they’ll still be delicious.

Thank you all for your patronage and support as we continue finding our flow. These past few opening weeks have been incredible, but every weekend y’all absolutely blow us out of the water. We never quite know what to expect, and every time you show up in a bigger way than we imagined.

We’re a small mom & pop operation, and your support means the world to us. Thank you for your patience, your kind words, and for keeping us so busy that we can’t seem to keep the shelves full.

📢 HOURS UPDATE AT RIDGELINE 📢

Starting this week, we will no longer be serving breakfast Monday through Friday.

As much as we’d love to keep it going, weekday breakfast has simply not seen enough traffic to justify the staffing and operational costs. As a small, family-owned restaurant, we have to make decisions that allow us to focus our time and resources where they’re needed most. As some of you have seen, our team is still small and learning, so we believe there will be much more value in focusing our efforts in what y’all love… STEAKS! 🤩🥩

We will still be serving up lunch and dinner everyday, and our coffee is also still going to be available along with that.

Weekend breakfast isn’t going anywhere! 🍳🥞

We will now be serving breakfast:
