Spring Water Produce has many varieties of lettuce, kale, basil, spinach, parsley, sage and various other spices available for purchase.

Spring Water Produce was started in 2015 when we purchased our greenhouse and started construction on our Aquaponics Farm. The greenhouse is 114 x 30 feet. We currently have six tilapia tanks, and thirteen grow beds where we grow lettuce, basil, kale, spinach and spices. The values that guide our business are quality products at affordable prices, healthy food without the use of chemicals. Aquaponics is the combination of aquaculture (raising fish) and hydroponics (the soil-less growing of plants) that grows fish and plants together in one integrated system. The fish waste provides an organic food source for the plants, and the plants naturally filter the water for the fish.

We have fresh lettuce, kale, watercress, basil, Swiss chard, collard greens, fresh herbs, plants and simmer pots!!

Come see us tomorrow at the Macomb Farmers Market for our last Summer Market of the season! We will be on the square tomorrow!! We will have fresh lettuce, herbs, kale, Swiss chard, collard greens, plants and simmer pots!! We will be at the winter market in November and we will continue to stock the Macomb Food Coop, Warsaw Mercantile and Hearth & Homestead! All 3 locations have been restocked this week and we left some herbs that we are cleaning out for all your fall soups!!

We have our Butterhead, 3 kinds of leaf lettuce, kale, collards, Swiss chard, big basil, our herbs ($3.00 each, 2 for $5.00 or 5 for $10.00), simmer pots and our cute flowers are all $2.00 off!! Lots of other great vendors as well!!
