Good Morning! I’ll be back in the cafe this morning. Yesterday with the power going out the AC through the building wasn’t kicking back on. I would’ve worked through the heat but without even turning on my fryers & flat top it was already sooo hot in there. 🥵

I’m not a big fan of hitting my customers up and asking them to leave reviews. I feel like when the food and service speaks for itself they naturally will. Idk maybe it’s just me 🤷🏽‍♀️ I can proudly say over 50% of my customers are return customers. Meaning not only do they come back but they come back repeatedly. A lot of them have been rocking with me since year one like Miss Mia. I can’t believe that I’ve been in that cafe for 3 years now. Not many can build what they love to do and make a career out of it. I would say I’m lucky but it wasn’t luck. I’m blessed to be where I am and surrounded by customers who keep coming back 🩷

Look yall. Why didn’t anyone tell me how good parfaits are?? Growing up and even up until a hour ago I despised, like with ALL capital letters anything close to yogurt or pudding 🤢 to know me you’ll know that I hate milk 😂 I don’t do whipped cream, ice cream, etc. I love texture though so I took one bite of this to see if I could eat it. The next thing I know the container was empty 😂😂 safe to say I might just start eating more yogurt lol but only if it has granola and fruit.

Crab meat is sooo expensive but I want to give yall the true experience so there’s no fillers just straight lump crab meat ☺️ I did a test batch today and yall definitely showed me that they were missed lol.
