Reminder to all those working in their fields, sometimes a log is not just a log.
These bees had made a hive that was nearly the entire length of of a hollowed out, 10 foot log. 6 hrs later they have been moved into their new home!
If you have things like this on your property, be sure to use caution. The bees are just trying to live too.
Give us a call if it needs removed.

This beautiful picture is the result of landowners that bought a property with abandonded hives on it and caring enough to save the bees.

We went out and relocated them to a different property, split them down into 12 smaller hives and we will continue to care for these bees while they do their important work.

It's happening y'all! The first batch of the season.
The dewberries are starting to ripen and the dewberry honey jam is back in stock at grandview feed store in Grandview, TX.
It was a small batch, so get it while you can.
If you can't get there, don't worry, there will be more to come.
As always, you can find our honey and beeswax products at the feed store as well.

When you spend a cold and rainy weekend morning rescuing bees off of a crane it's always nice to see them warm and happy again. They were wet and cold. I believe they were as happy to see me as I was them.
